About Kristy DeAnn
Hello! I’m Kristy DeAnn—a children’s author, early childhood educator, and professional development trainer with a passion for helping children discover confidence, kindness, self-love, and a lifelong love of learning. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving children and families through Early Head Start, Head Start, and home visiting programs. Those experiences inspired me to write books that encourage children to believe in themselves and celebrate who they are.
Whether I’m writing stories, creating educational resources, or supporting educators, my goal is always the same:
To help every child know they are loved, capable, and wonderfully unique.
